I have been educating students in the field of science for ten years, giving me an extensive background in assisting students to fully comprehend subjects that are sometimes difficult to explain. Before becoming an educator, I received my B.S. in Biology and Marine Science from Richard Stockton College. Following that, I received a master's degree from the University of Nebraska in biology. My experience as an educator also covers a broad range of life sciences and forensic science at the secondary level. I am interested in nature and in paying attention to the way the world around us constantly shifts and evolves. At the same time, I get it: these topics are not easy for everybody to master. I try to resolve those issues by demonstrating information through different mediums; for example, I incorporate visual and spoken cues to help students better retain the information that they are having trouble with. It's important to me that my pupils are not just learning to repeat information to be able to pass a class. I want them to be able to apply the information they learn to real-world applications. I take an honest interest in my students' outcomes.In my spare time, I like to spend time with my loved ones, read books, and go fishing. I also follow sports such as hockey, soccer, and football. For relaxation, I enjoy going for a walk, a hike, or taking my bike out for a ride. Occasionally, I'll indulge in a video game or cartoon.
